These smoothies will help kick start your day. I always start my day with a high protein smoothie and then try to have a fat burning smoothie as a snack throughout the day. Here I have given you some high protein, fat burning, very tasty smoothies! Yummy!

The Raspberry CheeseCake Smoothie

This smoothie has an unusual colour but taste like raspberry cheesecake. The kale gives it a less assertive taste than other greens. Kale is also a great source of vitamin k and very high in vitamins A and C.

Cinnamon is a great tasty spicy often brings back memories from christmas or other holidays. Try to use Ceylon cinnamon instead of Cassia, because it does not contain coumarin, a toxin that affects the liver. The ceylon cinnamon is lighter in colour and has a more delicate flavor than Cassia.

  • 6 TBS OF ALMOND MILK

Place chopped mango, 1 banana and 3 tbs of almond milk, in your blender.

Blend till smooth.

Pour into glass.

Rinse blender.

Place chopped strawberries, 1 banana and the other 3 tbs of almond milk in blender and blend till smooth.

Pour into glass on top of mango mixture to create layers.

Top with blueberries and strawberries.

In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add tea bag to water. Let green tea steep for at least 4-5 mins. Remove tea bag and let cool until you can pour tea into a glass or container, put in your fridge and let chill overnight.

Once chilled, add tea and above ingredients to your blender and blend until combined and smooth.

  • Hello there! This is really great smoothies recipe. I want to lose fat because I’m getting fat and I want to make my muscles pop out. I workout for like 6 months now and I haven’t notices any difference on my body. I think its because of my fat percentage. Do you think that drinking this smoothies as a meal can make my fat percentage lower? I really appreciate your response.
