Infused Waters- Making Water, Fun & Fruity!

We all know that to have a healthy body, you need to drink enough water to help with digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature. Our body is made up of more than 60% water, so if you’re lacking in drinking water try these excellent infused waters, to help you feel great and your body will appreciate it too ????

 

RAINBOW INFUSED WATER

Prep Time 10 mins       Fridge Time 3 hrs      You Will Need 1 Infuser Pitcher

THE BEAUTIFUL INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEEDinfused water rainbow

  • 1 SMALL BUNCH OF MINT LEAVES

  • 1 ORANGE, PEELED AND SLICED

  • 1/2 LEMON, PEELED AND SLICED

  • 6 STRAWBERRIES, SLICED IN HALF

  • 1/2 CUP OF FRESH BLUEBERRIES

  • 1/4 CUCUMBER, SLICED

  • COLD WATER

Take mint leaves, and sliced fruit and add them to the  middle contraire of Infuser Pitcher

Fill pitcher with water, until water covers fresh fruit and mint leaves.

Chill for 3 hrs, to let water become infused with greatness!

Pour into glass and enjoy!


CITRUS INFUSED WATER

Prep Time 3 mins       Fridge Time 3 hrs        You Will Need 1 Infuser Pitcher

THE YUMMY INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEEDcitrus infused water

  • 2 LIME, SLICED THINLY

  • 1 LEMON, SLICED THINLY

  • 1 ORANGE, SLICED THINLY

  • COLD WATER

Take sliced fruit, add it to middle container of Infuser Pitcher

Fill pitcher to top with cold water.

Place pitcher in your fridge and let chill for 3 hrs, to infuse.

Once chilled, pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!


WATERMELON BELLY FAT DETOX WATER

Prep Time 10 mins       Fridge Time 3 hrs      You Will Need 1 Infuser Pitcher

THE FRESH INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED

  • 2 CUPS OF COCONUT WATER

  • 1 CUP OF FRESH WATERMELON

  • 7-8 FRESH MINT LEAVES

  • 2-3 LEMON SLICES

In your infuser pitcher, add watermelon, mint leaves, and lemon slices to the middle container.

Add coconut water to pitcher

Place pitcher in your fridge and let chill for 3 hrs.

Pour infused water into your favorite glass and enjoy!
