What’s So Good About Whey Protein?
Whey protein is essential for a high protein intake. It’s used in ketogenic dieting and has worked for me!
High protein, high fats and low carbs. I add Vega to my smoothie’s once a day, either vanilla or chocolate to help the fat burning process.

1 cup non-dairy beverage
Juice of ½ a lime
½ cup frozen raspberries
1 ripe banana
Blend, sip, enjoy!

You can add 1 serving of Vega Protein & Greens to a large sized glass. Pour in 1 cup (8 fl. oz) ice-cold water and stir well.
You Can Even Bake With It!!
A real great quality with this product is that you can bake with it! Swap Vega Protein & Greens for 1/8 to 1/4 of the flour in sweet baking recipes. You can make everything from pancakes and waffles to cookies. Great stuff!
There is always going to be pros and cons to any product and whey powder is no different. If you do enough online research you will read how it may not be so good for your body. I’m just talking from experience and the ketogenic diet i’ve been on helped me lose weight fast, It did not hurt my body in any way and I would recommend it to everyone the wants to lose fat naturally and live healthier.
